The thrashing rig pictured above was manufactured by "Nichols & Shepard" (model #36-194)in 1922. The tractor was an "Old Avery" which was purchased in 1918. This equipment was owned by Fred Olson of Cherokee, Marathon Co., Wisconsin and he used it to thrash the grain (oats) of area farmers.
